I have been working with kids all of my life. Before becoming an orthodontic assistant over 15 years ago, I was a school teacher. I always loved helping kids and creating a fun environment. Once I was ready for a change, I became an orthodontic assistant, again, choosing a career where I could help people and make kids feel great about themselves.
I have been working closely with Dr. Ritter for over 13 years. My favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant is working with the kids! Their high energy feeds off mine! I feel we really make a difference in their lives, not only by improving their smiles, but by establishing great relationships as well. Dr. Ritter and the women I work with are my friends. We support and help each other, and we laugh every day. We are a team in every respect.
My husband, Mark, and I have five children and a daughter-in-law. Although we are empty nesters, we look forward to when the kids come home for family get-togethers. We love to travel the world and spend time in the mountains of North Carolina. Also, if you want to talk sports, I am your girl! Go Michigan State Spartans!
I’ve worked in the dental field for over 35 years and more than ten of those have been here with Dr. Ritter. I’ve loved getting to know our patients..not just their teeth, but also building personal relationships with them. It’s certainly never dull here! The girls I work with are more than coworkers; they are my extended family and best friends. We all work as a team to get the job done, and have fun doing it!
I am part of a dental family, even when I’m at home. My husband is a dentist and both of our sons are also in the dental field. I love the mountains and get there as much as possible in my free time. I enjoy snow skiing, hiking, and rooting for the Tar Heels!
I love getting to know the families over time during their treatment. I have had the privilege of developing some sweet friendships in the seven years I’ve been here. I also consider it a blessing to have a team that works well and really hard together. We share the goal of creating a positive, welcoming environment for our patients to enjoy.
I have a darling husband and three beautiful children. We are plugged into our church and stay busy homeschooling the kids. While life can be hectic, I make sure to take time to enjoy the simple things.
I love my job because I truly enjoy getting to know the families we treat. I enjoy seeing the kids grow up and getting to know the parents. It means a lot to me to form special bonds with patients and take part in their orthodontic experience from beginning to end. The changes our patients go through during treatment are extraordinary!
I have been with Dr. Ritter over 7 years now. We have a wonderful, dynamic team of ladies who really care about our patients and care about each other; we laugh often and genuinely love each other’s company.
I am married to one of the funniest people I know and am a mom of two amazing children. I enjoy painting, being outdoors, and spending time with our friends and family.
While I really enjoy getting to know the patients, as well as their families, over the course of their orthodontic treatment, I have so many reasons to be excited to come to work each day: six to be exact! I love working with Dr. Ritter and the rest of the team because we are like a family away from home. I have been working with Dr. Ritter since her very first year in practice. We are now going on 14 years! The women I work with are my dear friends, I feel we all work together well and respect one another, not to mention we have a lot of great laughs!
I am originally from Raleigh and I now live in Holly Springs. My husband and I have been married for 16 years and we have a beautiful son. In my free time, I enjoy reading, taking long walks on the beach, and spending time with my family and our dog, Jackson.
If I had to describe my job in one word it would be “FUN”! It’s a blast to be around such great patients and watch their smiles transform. I truly feel that my team is the best! We have such strong relationships and work very well together, making work fun to come to! I have been working with Dr. Ritter for over 9 years now.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Jim, and we have two little boys, Nolan and Declan. I love spending time at the lake and beach during the summer with my family and friends.
We have a wonderful group of women at both locations who specifically work as front desk team members to help make the appointment making process and financial process easy for you. All of these women have years of experience working with people and patients. Some have been with Dr. Ritter from her very first year in practice. They are a close group of women who work well with patients and as a team.
