Sarah G.

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Ritter and getting to know all our amazing patients for 12 years now. I truly cherish my time spent at the office and all of the wonderful women that make up our team.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband, our two sons, and our chocolate lab keep me very busy and we love spending time outdoors!

Meg

All my life I have enjoyed working with people. I love getting to know the families during their treatment. I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Ritter and this team over the past 11 years. During that time, I have developed sweet relationships with patients and their families. It’s truly a blessing being with a team so long term. It’s a gift to have a group of people that work so well and really hard together. We love making our work environment a fun and happy atmosphere for all.

As for my personal life, I have a darling husband and three beautiful children. We are plugged into our church and stay busy homeschooling our kids. We enjoy the simple things in life, weekend trips to the beach and enjoying the outdoors as well as playing with our new puppy, Scottie!

Paige

I have so many reasons to be excited to come to work each day: seven to be exact! I love working with Dr. Ritter and the rest of the team because we are like family away from home. I have been working with Dr. Ritter since her very first year in practice. We are now going on 18 years! The women I work with are my dear friends. I feel we all work together well and respect one another, not to mention we have a lot of great laughs!

I am originally from Raleigh and now live in Holly Springs with my handsome son. In my free time, I enjoy reading, taking long walks on the beach, and spending time with my family and our dog, Jackson.

Growing up with a dental hygienist for a mom, I was taught at a young age the importance of keeping a healthy smile. I often spent my days off school in the office with my mom being her “little helper.” I even worked during my summers in the front office of a dental practice to learn more. When it came to deciding on a career, I realized that I could combine my passion for helping people with my interest in the dental field.

I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology before going on to the Wake Tech’s Dental Assisting Program where I completed training to become a certified dental assistant. Immediately after school, I came to work for Dr. Ritter and have learned so much from her and the team. I love being able to share the things I’ve learned with our patients, getting to know them and helping them achieve the smile of their dreams!

I live in downtown Raleigh and love being a part of the busy city life. If I ever need an escape, I enjoy visiting my family in the mountains of North Carolina. I also enjoy playing tennis and trying out new restaurants.

Kaylie

I grew up in Apex and currently live in Holly Springs. I’ve been working as an orthodontic assistant for a few years and I love the variety of every patient and case. No two days are the same! It’s very rewarding being a part of giving back a patient’s smile and confidence.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me working out at CrossFit or coaching volleyball. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, family, and friends. My favorite places are the beach, lake or anything that gets me outside!

Lianny

I love my job because I enjoy getting to know each family throughout treatment and seeing each child grow up. It’s amazing to see the final result and the smiles on each face. Dr. Ritter and the rest of the girls are such a fun and loving team to work with. These ladies are like family to me and I enjoy working with them every day.

I am married to an amazing man and am bilingual, speaking both English & Spanish. In my spare time, I love to sing and spend time with my family.

Jess

I feel so lucky that I can say I enjoy my job so much. It is very rewarding getting to know each patient throughout their orthodontic treatment. What I love most about my job are the women I work with. Each and every one is special and we are all a family.

I have been married for almost ten years and we have one very cute son, Landon.

Chris

I have been working with kids all my life. Before becoming an orthodontic assistant, more than 20 years ago, I was a schoolteacher. I always loved helping kids and creating a fun environment. Once I was ready for a change, I became an orthodontic assistant, again, choosing a career where I could help people and make kids feel great about themselves.

I have been working closely with Dr. Ritter for more than 15 years. My favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant is working with the kids! Their high energy feeds off mine! I feel we really make a difference in their lives, not only by improving their smiles, but by establishing great relationships as well. Dr. Ritter and the women I work with are my friends. We support and help each other, and we laugh every day. We are a team in every respect.

My husband, Mark, and I have five children and two grandchildren. Being a grandparent is one of my greatest joys in life. We love to travel the world and spend time in the mountains of North Carolina. Also, if you want to talk sports, I am your girl! Go Michigan State Spartans!

Vicki

I’ve had the pleasure of working in the orthodontic field for more than 20 years and have been with this practice for most of that time. I truly love my job and those I work with each day. It’s so rewarding to see our patients smiles change throughout treatment and to get to know the families we treat.

I’m a North Carolina native who has lived all over our wonderful state. After graduating from UNCW, I settled in Cary with my husband. We’ve been blessed with two amazing children and spend our time enjoying the outdoors and watching our kids grow.

Karen

I have been with the practice since 1989. For the first 23 years, I worked in the back as an orthodontic assistant and for the rest of those years, I have been at the front desk. I’ve really enjoyed working both sides of the office, with the kids in the back and helping their parents at the front desk. Both are fun, interesting, and challenging!

I am a people person and enjoy interacting with all types of personalities. I love dancing: line dancing, shagging, and two-stepping. I’m an animal lover too. I have three dogs and a cat. They keep me entertained and very busy!

Chas

I have worked in the Cary area for more than 14 years. Many of our patients know me from my previous role as a branch manager for local banks. I had the pleasure of joining this great team almost five years ago. I am blessed to have found such an amazing place to call home and continue helping people as front desk support.

I have been married to my best friend for ten years and we have one son. In my free time, you can usually find me at the gym, enjoying concerts or working with my boys on some sort of home improvement project. I also enjoy hosting dinner parties for family and friends so I can do what I love most: cook!

Denise

I have had the pleasure of working in the orthodontic field for years, first as a chairside assistant, then as a new patient treatment coordinator, and currently as front desk support. It’s rewarding to spend my days in a positive, fun environment, where we’re committed to providing a great orthodontic experience for each patient and their family.

Jamie

I absolutely love my job and feel so blessed to work in such a happy and loving place! My name is Jamie and I’m Dr. Ritter’s sister! My favorite thing about work is greeting our sweet patients each day and getting to know their families during treatment.

I have lots of experience working with young children. I graduated from Elon University in 1999, with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught in the classroom for many years before joining our team. I have been married to my college sweetheart, PJ, for 18 years and we have two wonderful children. When I’m not at the office, I can be found volunteering in my children’s school and running around Cary as a busy mom! It is a true privilege to work for my sister and to be a part of this special practice and incredible staff!

Julie

I chose to join the dental field because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. The transformation of a case from start to finish is truly incredible! I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of people’s smile transformation and the impact their orthodontic treatment has on their life!

I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Behavior and Wellness in 2017. As an ECU alum, I love all things pirates, purple, and gold! After graduating, I attended the Triangle School of Dental Assisting to pursue my career in the dental field. I graduated from that program in 2017. I fell in love with orthodontics and started as an Orthodontic Clinician before taking on my new role as Treatment Coordinator.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I take any chance I get to go to the lake or the beach! I also work on the side and just for fun at Pure Barre and you can often find me “barre-tending” or taking a pure barre class after work and on the weekends!
